Great analysis of this poem, at the beginning of the poem I feel the emotion of hatred and anger. However, to your breakdown, I never realized the poem also shows the idea of sharing some fond memories. All I could understand is that there are things that the father did not do to his son, that is why the son have so much hatred in his heart.
